ACCOUNTABLE TO: Centre Manager
WORKING HOURS: 47 hours per week
SALARY: £6.50 per hour

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and approachable individual to join the team in one of our busy learning centres.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Guiding, supporting and motivating learners throughout their learning journey.
2 Setting and marking work, giving appropriate feedback and maintaining records of learners’ progress and development.
3 Implementing an instructional learning programme that will result in learners achieving qualifications.
4 Booking appointments and contacting learners to discuss course progression and attendance.
5 Maintaining filing system and collecting required documentation.
6 Assuring learners’ awareness regarding company policies, procedures and regulations.
7 Assisting in the development and maintenance of effective administrative procedures and systems which are appropriate to the needs of the organisation.
8 Identifying eligibility requirements and collecting required documentation.
9 Maintaining high standards and accuracy during enrolment procedures.
10 Coordinating assessment processes.
11 Completing ILPs, progress reviews, and support logs.
12 Delivering excellent customer service and support for the learners.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
1 Competency in English, Mathematics and IT, along with passion for teaching.
2 Ability to work as part of a team as well as under own initiative.
3 Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and multi-task.
4 Time management and organizational skills are essential.
5 Ability to work working effectively with the Client Management System software.
6 Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a wide range of different people.
